Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to paid consultancy engagements offered by NESTA CAPITAL LLC, including Monthly ($199/month), Yearly ($1,990/year), and Custom (written quote) options, as described on the Pricing page. Free inquiries and publicly available resources are not charged and therefore do not involve refunds.

Publicly available resources and general inquiries are free; therefore no fee is charged for these activities and no refund applies.

Paid work is governed by the accepted proposal or service agreement, including any milestones, deposits, work already completed, and cancellation terms. Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the engagement type (Monthly, Yearly, or Custom) as described in this policy and in any applicable written agreement.

You may request cancellation of a Monthly engagement through an approved cancellation channel. Fees already paid for the current paid monthly period are not refunded. Services covered by that paid period remain available until the end of the applicable period, subject to the agreed engagement scope. Cancellation prevents future renewal or further charges after the current paid period ends.

When a Yearly engagement is cancelled, the current month is not refundable. Unused remaining months are eligible for refund according to the annual engagement’s applicable commercial terms. The exact refund amount is determined under those terms; this policy does not publish a numeric calculation formula.

Custom engagement cancellation and refund conditions are defined in the written quotation, scope, proposal, or engagement agreement before the customized engagement is finalized. Where written Custom terms apply, those engagement-specific terms govern that Custom engagement.

Refund eligibility, including treatment of work already performed and any non-refundable amounts, is described in the plan-specific rules above and in the applicable agreement.

Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
